La Tortuga Kid's Club We're proud to be one of the most family-friendly all-inclusive Los Cabos resorts. Children ages 4 to 11 adore our Kid's Club, where our specialized staff treats them to a festive day of indoor and outdoor activities. Entertainment includes a playground, kid's pool, movies, videogames, puppet theater, karaoke, soccer and other sports, and even birthday fiestas. Teenagers are also welcome in our Game Room. La Tortuga Kid's Club is open daily, 10:00 a.m. ? 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. ? 6:00 p.m.

Massage Treatments and Services* Rejuvenate body and mind with a luxurious beachfront massage. Each of our massage therapies is personalized, focused on your individual needs and performed by an experienced professional. Keep the luxury all to yourself, or celebrate together with a revitalizing couple's session. We host services on the beach or in our private Natura Room. Please make reservations at the Guest Services desk in the front lobby. Accepted payments: cash, credit card, or room charge. Tips not included.

Excursions* Highlight your Los Cabos vacation with the thrill of adventure. Our Excursion Desk offers premium activities ideal for families, couples and new acquaintances. Attractions include wildlife expeditions, sightseeing tours, deep sea fishing and more. To book an excursion for an additional charge, visit our Excursions Desk in the main lobby, facing the front desk.

Hola Café* The Hola Café has been revamped to include our on-site gift shop, Internet access and free coffee. Visit the gift shop portion for all your forgotten items, last-minute needs or souvenirs. Stay connected with available Internet access and enjoy fresh brewed complimentary coffee. Hola Café is located on the ground floor of the Sol Tower building, facing the elevators.

Wave Runners*
Experience the rush of the Sea of Cortez as it whips by at 50 miles per hour. We rent high-quality Wave Runners for an afternoon of high-octane fun. Please visit our Excursions Desk in the main lobby for more information.

Babysitting*
On-site babysitting services are made available by an external vendor without participation by the hotel. All babysitting services must remain in the guest room and is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. A 24-hour minimum advanced reservation is required. Please visit the Guest Services desk to request babysitting services.

Cost must be agreed upon by the guest and service vendor. The suggested price is $10.00 USD per hour per child.

Rooms for the Physically Challenged
It is our pleasure to meet your individual needs. Our Los Cabos hotel rooms for the physically challenged feature all the fine services and amenities of our deluxe rooms as well as convenience bars in the bathroom and wheelchair-high fixtures throughout. All of these rooms are twin-bedded and connect with a king-bedded room.

Car Rental*
Renting a car can be a great way to explore all the things to do in Los Cabos. We're happy to arrange car rental services at your convenience. Please visit our Car Rental counter in the main lobby, opposite the front desk. Car rental carries an additional charge.
